Live Free Wealth Workshops

One or Two Day Events where we teach the novice investor the fundamentals of real estate investing: how to become a wholesaler, investing with no-money & no credit, how to work a short sale, how to fix & flip a home, how to build your net worth by using leverage, how to compare, structure, negotiate, and close the deal. We also teach more advanced investing topics, like investing in real estate with your IRA or 401k, tax planning strategies, and commercial real estate. We provide the paperwork needed: lease agreements, option agreements, purchase contracts, etc. 20% of the tuition from these events is donated to charity.
